Title: Changes of cofinality II

Abstract:

I'll continue the discussion from last week, moving the focus to singular cardinals, I'll say what I know about a major open question: if κ is singular in V and (κ+)V is still a cardinal in W while κ collapses, then does cf(κ) = cf(|κ|) in W? This will touch on topics including PCF theory and the stationary tower forcing.
