We will continue our construction of an outer automorphism of the Calkin algebra, on a separable Hilbert space, under the assumption of CH. Time permitted, we will also sketch a proof showing that, under the assumption of TA + MA, every automorphism of the Calkin algebra on a Hilbert space of dimension aleph_1 is inner.
